How It Works

Secure Your Catch

Conveniently pre-order directly on our website. Pre-ordering will close at noon prior to your chosen pickup day.

Catch Day

We fish based on your demand, ensuring peak quality and minimal time out of the water. Same-day catch will be available every Tuesday & Friday.

Direct Pickup Options

Dockside: 10am - 1pm

Homeport in Litchfield, NH: 3pm - 6pm or next-day.

Every great family catch starts with a reliable boat. Our workhorse and floating home-away-from-home is the F/V Havoc, a true New England classic.

She’s a rugged 1996 Parker 2530 Extended Cabin, and at 26 feet, she’s built tough for the local waters. The Pilot House isn't just for show—it keeps our crew dry and focused, allowing us to maintain our deep expertise even through the changing tides and cooler mornings of the North Atlantic.

Havoc is more than just specs and steel; she is the essential link in our dockside-fresh chain. She carries the weight of three generations of fishing knowledge and is the reason we can guarantee your lobster moves directly from the cold ocean floor to our hands.

Our operations are fully licensed, and we diligently comply with all mandated requirements, including minimum and maximum size limits for lobster. We ensure that our entire catch is carefully sorted and measured on the boat, and any protected or egg-bearing females are immediately and safely returned to the water. This commitment is the foundation of our decades-long family trust.
